About The Move LLC

Used About the Move for our relocation from West Mobile to Daphne. Amber was a pleasure to work with. She took time to make 2 visits to assess what would be needed and pricing. The crews loading and unloading were fantastic. Professional, courteous and fast. Both loading and unloading were completed...

These guys did a great job moving my things. They were friendly, professional, and so careful with my possessions. Great service.

Lots of issues. They broke the handle on one of the bedside tables, did not put our roll top desk back together, and most importantly shattered the glass on an antique curious cabinet. We were told by the delivery team that they would return a with wood glue to repair the handle and their office w...

My experience was also awful. 3 men to move a full 3 Bedroom house, and a grand piano. Took until 8-9 PM to have everything in my new home. (From Destin to Pensacola). THEN - there was still a truck full of stuff they could not fit on their truck - I had to rent a truck - drive back to Destin @...

Three men came to move a 3 bedroom house they had no idea how to take apart our 2 sleep number beds. Everything was already boxed and ready for them to load the truck. When they unloaded there were dents in our appliances and scratches on ALL of our wood furniture. Do not use About The Move,

The movers were great but an absolutely horrific experience in dealing with the management of this company. Was quoted $1250 but was invoiced for over $1,800! I found it very unethical. Do yourself a favor and stay away from About the Move.

They were the worst movers i have ever experienced. So many things were damaged, and the owner said he could not afford to replace or repair the items. JUST DONT USE AND STAY AWAY.

Worst ever moving company. The owner, Josh, needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. They only provide customer service prior to the move. He has proven he choses to lie rather than own up to his damages, or contract.

The guys that moved me had a great attitude, but it takes more than a great attitude to be a great company. They left everything in plastic with the exception of the grand piano and my bed. They didn't have enough blankets to properly protect my furniture. The main tier of my fountain was busted dur...

Two friendly, courteous, and hard working young men (Sherman and Hunter) unloaded a u-pack trailer for me. They were efficient and never complained (as I had experienced with other movers). They did not try to waste time to extend the hourly rate and were never idle...in fact, I had to force them to...
