Insta Movers

DO NOT HIRE! They will 5X your quote and hold your property hostage until you pay. Bait and switch to a tee. They broke a 20k piano and are unwilling to take action or responsibility too. I have the whole thing recorded as well. I’m hoping a lawsuit will not have to be opened but as of now it looks...

This company is not professional. They didn't come look at my inventory and they didn't ask for pictures. I made the reservation 3 weeks in advance. They told me 430 dollars they come to my house and the workers didn't wanna lift my things because they were to expensive and big. If you tell me 100 a...

The only good thing about this company is the movers they hire. Those people are the only professionals in the company. The company is deceitful in their costs, they will tell you it's $90 per hour and it includes EVERYTHING, don't believe them. Read the contract in full. That is just to hire the mo...

On 8/21/2024 my wife and I hired a moving company, InstaMovers, to move from a one bedroom one bath apartment in Port Richey to a one bedroom 1-1/2 bath apartment in Largo, Florida. We gave them a verbal description of the number of boxes and furniture that was to be moved. The estimate they gave us...

Insta Movers was extremely unethical and rude throughout my move. They originally quoted me $580, but once my belongings were loaded, they demanded $1,480—more than double the agreed price. When I questioned the sudden increase, they threatened to keep my items on the truck unless I paid the full am...

This company scam me out of my moving situation. Please do not use this company under any situation It has to get better somewhere else. Please take the time out to see if you can find another company or family and friends to help move your stuff. These people scam me out of money And time. I ordere...

RUDE, DISHONEST, UNETHICAL!! 1- they give you a cheap $90 an hour rate and tell you it is a great deal they are making an exception to later charge you for rolls of tape at 10 each that they never used. I got charged for 4 rolls ( I have moved more than 10 times I had everything ready! They were tap...

***SCAMMERS**Would rate zero stars if i could. They will quote you a great price , will then lie about adding ridiculous fees, then once they have your items loaded they will refuse to load them unless you pay them an absurd amount. Disgusting business.

SCAM... SCAM... SCAM...RUN AS FAST AS U CAN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY!!! From the minute they walked in they said our original quote would be higher thank we were told Original quote was 7K dollars... after our stuff was all in boxes the "man in charge" threw another contrac...

I had a small move from MS to FL but it included a few large furniture pieces, including an upright piano. The pickup movers were later than I expected but moved quickly to get things done. My furnishings were wrapped with padding and the glass shelves and doors of two large cabinets were given extr...

This is by far the worst company I have ever encountered. I paid them to move from NOLA to Phoenix, and store my items for 3 months in the meantime in a climate controlled location. My mattresses were covered in mold on arrival. My 65" television was missing as were many other items. Countless items...

Don't even. I have nothing else to say. Horrible. Things broken. Not responsive. I don't have anything good to say. Except for the nice kids the driver picked up off Craig's list to unload the truck while he slept. Just don't.

This company was not picked Out by us ahead of time. We used a broker and they are the ones that did this. I cannot say strongly enough --- DO not use this company. Our $8500 estimate somehow skyrocketed to $15,800. Apparently it was a base fee. There was not enough people to pick up the Move, the t...

This is the 1st time I've used a moving company, so happy I didn't check these comments before the move. I moved from Alabama to Oregon. My son and I packed everything and had it all ready to go. The movers were there on time, they explained how it works, very friendly, very professional, they wrapp...

We moved from Alabama to Colorado - leaving Alabama in November . Our furniture etc. went into storage until we gained occupancy in our new residence late January. The movers did everything onetime. The men who packed and moved us were especially efficient and great to work with. When our shipment a...

Good luck. Be prepared to have an extra $1,000 or more at your disposal. Simply take time to do your research. Although my stuff was not damaged, I paid more $$ than expected upfront. You're really at their mercy. When they pickup your items, they'll inform you the square footage estimate on your ag...

I wish I could give them no stars. They broke so many things during our move. They showed up 1.5 days late in a smaller truck than what was needed for our move. Unfortunately we had to go to closing while they were still moving. Luckily our buyers let us keep moving even after the closing. Even thou...

If I could put minus ten stars I would. The worst scammers I have every dealt with. It has been almost a month and I still have no received any of my items. They are hard to get a hold of, I have already paid then almost $8000.00 and I still have no items and no idea of when or if I will ever receive...

My items were picked up 12/15/21, it is now 1/7/22 still no items have been delivered. No knowledge of possible delivery. Staff uncooperative. My problem with your company is the inability to return phone calls, give status updates, inability to locate or have knowledge as to where any belongings are...

Insta-movers is a phenomenal company to work with! I had Jerry and CJ, who were extremely friendly, personable, and professional. They worked tirelessly and extremely quickly to move my entire house in just a few hours. They made absolutely sure that everything was moved carefully and safely, protec...

I needed to move from Harvest, AL to Jacksonville, FL for a new job, and got several quotes from different companies. Instamovers was by far the cheapest quote at right around $1,000 whereas the others were closer to $3,000. Pickup was scheduled for a Sunday morning between 8-10am. At 10:15, I got a...
