Long Distance Movers in Montgomery, AL

We had an excellent experience with our moving team from This Side Up! They handled all of our items with extreme care, all three of our team members were courteous and thoughtful, and they helped us complete a difficult uphill move. I will always recommend This Side Up after our experience!

5 stars! We had an amazing experience with our move down south. Joey and Malachi were our crew, and they were respectful, friendly, hardworking, and professional throughout the entire process. They took great care of our belongings and made what could have been a stressful move feel smooth and easy....

Lambert took great care of our stuff even on an international move (to Canada). They made things as smooth as they could be!

This Side Up made the entire moving process easy and as stress free as possible. Everyone we came in contact with was amazing. Debi in the office did an OUTSTANDING job getting us quoted and even helped us when our move out date changed at the very last minute. She literally came within 50 lbs of ou...

We highly recommend This Side Up Moving. We had a local move recently (July 2026) and all crew members on loading day — Jonathan, Michael B., Mikey, and Jerome and move-in day - Michael B, Malachi, and Nick M. were professional, fast, careful with our items, and respectful of both properties. All fu...

Jeff and Cameron were very nice and helpful!! Very fast!! Would recommend

Really great experience!!!! Would 10/10 recommend them - they were polite and they worked really hard and they got extra help in there when the job was bigger than I originally communicated. I am in real estate and will tell EVERYONE to use these guys!!!

The best moving experience we ever had…..and being a military family, we have moved a lot. Courteous, professional, hard working….i can’t say enough good things about Mitchell and his team of packers that came to our house to move our stuff. Thank-you Lambert for taking special care of us….No doubt...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My move started with a quote of $666, and I jokingly said, “I don’t think that’s a lucky number!” 😂 They laughed and lowered the price. It was a sign things were only going to get better! Jon and Mikey were AMAZING. They had my entire move done in under two hours, didn’t leave a single s...

Jonathan, Tyler, and Kaleb did work for my SIL today. They were all very knowledgeable about what and how to take care of the two big refrigerators and the huge cabinet that she needed moved. What an incredible team of guys -- so polite, and so careful with the individual items. They were very effic...

The movers were efficient and friendly! They went above and beyond to make sure my move went as smoothly as possible. If I ever need to hire movers again or if a friend asks for a recommendation I will definitely refer to This Side Up movers again

Matt and the other person working with him did a great job! They moved my furniture to two different places and were very professional and easy to work with.

This is the third time I have used This Side Up and as usual they did a great job. There was some minor damage that happens when you move and they are always quick to identify what was damaged and initiate a claim. I will continue to use them when I move again.

Moving is so stressful but these guys were the friendliest and most fun ever and I am so happy that they moved our stuff in just a couple of hours and I am so thankful I will use them again for sure

We had a great experience from the very beginning! The phone call to schedule was thorough and I knew exactly what to expect. Joey and Jordan were excellent and packed our house into a 16ft pod with room to spare. They were efficient and careful! I would highly recommend!
